Sizing Inquiries

Please review our Size Conversion Chart  to determine your numeric size. If you are between sizes, unsure of which size to order, or would like specific garment measurements please contact us.

 

Shipping Services

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS services with tracking and insurance. International orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL with tracking and insurance. For international orders, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracing your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier (i.e. USPS, Canada Post, UK Post, etc.).

International shipping is $45 flat rate. Customers may be responsible for additional charges if shipping exceeds the flat rate.


International Duties and Customs Fees

International orders are shipped 'Delivery Duty Unpaid' and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.

 

Free Shipping

From time to time The Store offers free shipping. To be kept up to date and find out when these offers are valid please sign up to our mailing list. Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs. 

Limitations apply. For international orders, customer may be responsible for additional fees if exceeds $45 standard rate. 


Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery estimates and costs do not include order processing times, nor do they include potential international customs delays or unforeseen weather delays. Shipping and handling costs depend on the order value and the requested shipping destination. 

Pre-order items will ship by date specified. Ship dates are subject to change due to manufacturing delays. You will be notified if there are any changes regarding ship dates.

The US Department of Transportation does not allow any flammable items to be shipped by air. Due to this our fragrances containing alcohol will be shipped via ground and cannot be shipped internationally. Please be aware that any orders containing our fragrance may take longer to arrive to their destination. 

Holiday Shipping 2023-2024 Schedules

Orders placed before 12/17 may arrive by 12/24 for US domestic shipments, but are subject to delay by USPS. Please check your tracking on your confirmation emails. All orders placed after 12/17 will not arrive by 12/24 if your address is located outside of the NW and West Coast regions with in USA, also subject for delay by USPS.

All orders placed on 12/23/23 - 1/7/24 will not ship out until 1/8/24. Expedited shipments are not available during this time period. If you place an expedited shipping request during this time period, all shipments will not start until the week of 1/8/24. 

 

Restricted Hazardous Items 

We are not able to offer expedited shipping on orders that contain the MAIDEN NOIR Eau De Parfum Fragrance. Alcohol-based products (i.e. perfume, cologne) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. These items can only be shipped to the US and Canada.

If you would like to purchase our Maiden Noir EDP scent as an oil (non-alcohol based) consider the 10ml  roller traveler .

 

International options for receiving Fragrance (alcohol based) Items:

For non-direct shipments of our 35ml EDP - an option is to use a freight forwarding service that gives you a USA address; we then ship to the freight forwarder in the USA and they collect and forward all your packages to you, or they can send them one by one. By consolidating your packages from several USA merchants, you can save on shipping. Some freight forwarders will not ship alcohol-based perfume, but others will (depending on the destination country). We do not provide names of forwarding companies. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges if you choose this method since you are working with a 3rd party shipping company. Please be sure to consider the best forwarder for your country and you when shopping from outside the US. (See our Restricted Hazardous section above for other options.) 

Store / Local Pickup

If you're in the Seattle area and would like to pick up your order at our seasonal Maiden Noir store located in the International District at DaDaDa Gallery, please indicate so during checkout by selecting the Local Pickup option. Local Pickup is available during showroom hours, Monday-Friday between 12pm and 6pm. We will contact you when your order is ready to set a specific pick up time and date for your order. Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.

Shop By Appointment

We display each seasonal collection at our gallery and store located in Seattle. If you'd like to view and shop the collection with a personal shopper, please contact us to schedule your private appointment. Please allow 1-2 business days between your inquiry and desired appointment date. 

 

Promo Codes

Promo codes cannot be combined. One code per purchase. Some codes are for specific promotions and may not apply to your full cart when there is Sale or Life items, or Free Shipping offers combined. Most codes can only be used 1 time per customer. 


Returns or Exchanges

*ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM IS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Returns or Exchanges may be done within 10 days from delivery date. All valid returns must be in unworn and unwashed condition with attached tags and original packaging. Maiden Noir will not accept any returned merchandise without prior approval and valid Return Authorization Number. Please contact us for return inquiries & submit your Return Request Survey Here, in your email be sure to let us know you have filled out your survey.

Upon inspection and approval, order item(s) will be eligible for exchange, store credit and/or refund. All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Maiden Noir does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers provide a shipping address with trusted delivery access points.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will not include shipping fees from the original order unless an order error was made by Maiden Noir. Refunds for returned item(s) will only be made once Maiden Noir is in possession of the item(s) and item(s) are in aforementioned condition. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to be issued and/or processed. 

Swimwear, Socks, Print, and Apothecary items are Final Sale. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or have been deemed damaged prior to shipping. For exchange requests, please contact us within 10 days from delivery date, contact us at orders@maidennoir.com and once approved, send your item to:
